terms of service
* I've got every right to deny or discontinue a request if unprofessional behaviour was present.
* Provide clear request details upfront.
* Commissions are for Personal Use only.
* My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit and may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
* Any and all AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
* I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
* Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
* You receive 2 free revisions (wip only). Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
* I reserve the right to post the commission and use in my portfolio.PAYMENTS
* All payments must be paid full upfront or split 50% before sketch and 50% after sketch.
* Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 14 days or will be declined.REVISIONS
* Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
* Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
* Commissions may take up to 2/4 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
* I will keep you updated if delays occur.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I reserve the right to use the artwork to:
* Promote myself and my services.
* Post on social media and in my portfolio.REFUNDS
* I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
* You may cancel before payment is made. No refunds once work has started only If I can’t continue the commission further.
* Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
* Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
* Use the artwork for personal purposes only.
* Post it on Social Media with credit to me.You may NOT:
* Use the artwork commercially without permission.
* Commission art/services using my work.
* Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
* Remove signatures/watermarks.
* Resell or redistribute the artwork.
* Modify the artwork without my consent.
* Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
* Any and all AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.FINAL AGREEMENT
